Ryan has been the Senior Pastor at FBC since June 2020.
He met his wife, Ra'Shele, at Williams Baptist University. He holds a B.A. in Christian Ministries, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Ministry.
Ryan has served as a Student Pastor at multiple churches in Arkansas prior to coming to FBC Steele. Ryan and Ra'Shele have two sons, Sylas and Gryffin, and one daughter, Shiloh.
William joined the FBC Steele team in January of 2021, and has been in Worship Ministry for over 15 years. He has also served in Student Ministry at various churches for several of those years.
He is married to his wife, Marissa, and has two children, Jasper and Andalyn. Will enjoys fishing, traveling, and teaching people about Jesus.
Sara joined the FBC Steele team in March of 2023. She graduated with a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Southeast Missouri State University, and a Master of Arts degree in Clarinet Performance at Radford University in Virginia. She has experience working as a Music and Youth Director with previous churches, and has served in roles relating to those ministries for over 10 years. She currently serves as our office secretary, bassist for our Worship Team, Sunday School teacher for 4-5th graders, and Wednesday Night teacher for our 3rd-5th graders - she loves every second of it!
She enjoys playing board, card, and video games, reading, and going on road trips. She has two nephews, Brantley and Laine, and is a proud dog mom to her dog, Sarge.
